I take new full time clients every 3-4 months, the date of opening the next batch of new consults is 19th August, 2023 : 7pm IST

Enrolment procedure​

  1. A link to a google form will be added to this page on the date and time that is previously announced on this website and my Instagram stories

  2. Click the link and fill in your basic details in the form

  3. Make the payment link using the payment portal linked to the form. There are 2 links, one for Indian users one for Overseas users

  4. Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and the screenshot of payment confirmation to the google form

  5. Schedule your call using the booking link provided

What happens during the call

  • We will discuss your major health goals and concerns

  • We will chalk out a rough plan to reach your goal and estimate the time it may take to reach your goal

  • You will understand how the programme works and how we will tailor it for you

  • You will be given time to decide if it is the right fit for you

  • Call duration: 25 minutes

  • Please note: No treatment is provided during this call, it is a preliminary call to understand your issue. Kindly go through the cancellation policy at the end of this page prior to booking the call


Initial consultation : INR999 

For the flagship program, charges vary case to case and you will be informed after the initial consultation. You may have come through a referral who was charged differently which is it is emphasised here for clarity

I revise the consultation fee every few months. I do not revise the fees as long as you are actively working with me, but if you take longer to confirm or take a break mid-way and wish to re-join, you will have to pay the revised fee.

How does the programme work?

  • There is no fixed protocols or diet plan

  • We understand your health goals and medical conditions

  • We formulate doable goals based on your condition

  • You will start tracking your food and share your updates with me on WhatsApp daily

  • I will be reviewing each meal and giving you feedback to help reach your goal in the easiest way

  • Simultaneously, I will be helping you understand how to listen to your body’s signals and build a mind-body connection

  • We usually talk once or twice a month depending on the need, but I have no limit on the number of calls 



I was not able to make the payment, what should I do?

If your mode of payment is not accepted by the portal, please attach a screenshot of the failed payment and submit the form, I will provide a new payment link shortly and you can go ahead with your booking

I missed the consultation, what is the next step?

You can either wait for the next round of consultations or do a one time consultation to help you get started on your health

My phone glitched during enrolment, can I still enrol?

I am trying my best to be fair to all, if your issue is genuine please share a screenshot and mail me at and I will give you the slot if there is any sudden cancellation



How long is the programme?

The programme rotates on a monthly cycle, most clients work with me for 3-4 months and manage on their own lifelong after that. The programme is flexible and you have the option to discontinue any month

Do you prescribe medicines or supplements?

My primary aim is to treat you using diet and lifestyle first, if needed though, I may prescribe some add-ons based on requirement

How is this different from a one time consultation with you?

This is completely different as I do not give standard guidelines and work on your existing diet to reach your health goal. We talk (almost) every day so you will have a good understanding of what a balanced meal looks like for you and learn to pick foods that will make you look and feel great without the pressure of a diet


Terms and Conditions

My goal is to provide quality health care to all my clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only to me, but to other clients as well. Please be aware of my policy regarding missed appointments.

If you fail to attend the call without prior notice, you will have to pay the full amount and reschedule your call from this website

I will wait upto 10 minutes on the appointment, if you are late beyond this time I will consider the call a no-show and the same cancellation policy applies

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please email or message me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, please mail me at least 2 hours prior to the session or I will not be able to accommodate your request

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 30 minutes before the appointed time.


A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.

For new clients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the fee.
