HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE RESULTS?
I dislike false promises, and value my clients, which is why I say, EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT. I have clients who see a noticeable change in 2 weeks, and some after 3 months. My answer to this is that if you are consistent, you will definitely see a positive change.
DO YOU SUGGEST SUPPLEMENTS AND HERBS?
My primary aim is to try to meet all your needs via your diet. I only prescribe supplements when absolutely necessary. I also avoid expensive powders and pills:)
CAN YOU GIVE ME A DIET PLAN?
I stopped making diet plans because I had a problem with their sustainability, my work now involves teaching you how to eat, which is something you can take with you for life, and teach others as well
DO YOU HAVE A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME?
I do not focus on weight loss, I care more about your overall health and correcting the imbalances in your lifestyle which led to the extra baggage. But yes, most of my clients end up losing weight in this process as a by-product.
