I build custom routine and teach you not only to tweak your diet but also incorporate mindfulness into your exercise, sleep and meditation routines as well

No two people's bodies are the same, and I aim to honour that by helping you understand what works for you, and working with you rather than against you

You pick each meal, portion and timing, with some easy inputs from me, and over time you will not only understand your body better but also start seeing changes in your energy levels, medical condition and how you feel and look
